Welcome to Body Shop Buddy. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our mobile applications, web portals, and software platforms operated by Valmax Holdings LLC (doing business as “Body Shop Buddy”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

1. Platform Purpose & User Accounts

Body Shop Buddy is a software platform designed for automotive collision repair facilities, technicians, and industry partners. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and account security.

2. SMS Messaging, Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) & Carrier Disclosures

To secure accounts, Body Shop Buddy utilizes automated Short Message Service (SMS) to deliver two-factor authentication (2FA) passcodes, verification tokens, and critical security alerts.

  • User Consent: You provide affirmative consent to receive verification SMS messages by entering your mobile number during registration, login, or password reset and checking the designated opt-in confirmation. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  • Message Frequency: Verification passcodes are transactional and triggered solely on-demand by user actions. Message frequency varies based on individual account activity.
  • Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
  • Opt-Out Instructions (STOP): You can cancel SMS notifications at any time. Simply reply STOP to any message received from Body Shop Buddy.
  • Support (HELP): For assistance, reply HELP to any SMS message, email Mail@thebodyshopbuddy.com, or visit thebodyshopbuddy.com.
  • Carrier Non-Liability: Supported mobile carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Strict Non-Sharing of Mobile Information

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent collected for verification purposes are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
